Yep I ran it for years on my 91 before I got the ARB!

Nice pic you got there. A bunch of former rides in that one.

Update... PS pump is swapped and appears to be working alright. (thank you Andy) She's running rough and rich though. Nick is going to help me troubleshoot. The carb is a recent JimC rebuild. I have faith in his work but clearly something else is going on.

Got a package from Toyota yesterday:

Headlight switch
Hood bumpers
Front dome lens
Blower motor resister
Distributor cap, rotor, and seal
Oil filter
Hood prop rod catch and grommet
Transmission shift knob

Put the bumpers and prop rod stuff on yesterday. My high beams weren't working (but the flash function does) and I thought the selector switch would be part of the headlight switch, but found out it wasn't when I got the part yesterday. Tore my steering column apart today, tested the dimmer switch with a multimeter, and the high side only had 250 ohms of resistance. Cleaned the contacts and it's good as new.

Now, I'm just trying to decide whether to keep my headlight switch or return it. I'm afraid it'll be my luck that I return it and a few months down the road mine breaks, but I won't be able to get a new replacement or it'll be insanely expensive.

I've got a Champion radiator on its way as well as some retainer clips from McMaster-Carr so I can hopefully rebuild my bellcranks and get my parking brake to working.

Went to get the tire plugged and it broke a belt. And the Michelin Latitude in a 275-60-18 is on national back order for the past 90 days(so NTB says).. Looks like we are gonna put some new skins on her truck. The old tires have 4/32 to 5/32 tread left so I guess I will try to sell them. The spare on her truck was the factory 17's that came on the truck. It actually looks pretty good with an A/T on the 17 but when we bought the truck it had lame tires on it and the 17's looked AWFUL !! So hmmm do I go back with the 17's and a A/T or the 18's with a street tire again????

Probly won't help you, but I'll let ya know anyway just in case: I have a 95% tread BFG AT 33" and a 75% tread MT 33" that's NOT a BFG MT. It may be a Dunlop Mud Rover but I'm not sure. Lemme know if you'd like either to get ya going. I'll be over that way a few times in the coming months.

Thanks! I'll keep you in mind. I'm rolling on the spare now. Same tire, but had never touched the ground till last week so it's got a bit more tread than the other three.

Gutted the inside of the 60 tonight. Also ordered the adapter kit from Allmaras Machining today for the 4BD1T to the stock 2F bell housing. Got the bell housing all cleaned up and painted, its looking F'n good!!!!

Took of the stock roof rack today. Gonna start wet sanding next weekend hopefully and get ready for paint.
