Seeing those pictures does something to my heart. I've never been to the motherland, but know where my family came from. One day, I'll show up on their doorstep.

Looks like you had a lovely time.
I’ve been. It’s magical.

Got my bumper re-installed post powdercoat. Also finished the final tune up tasks prior to SAS, new plugs, rotor and cap, checked the timing and topped off all fluids where needed. Also checked and greased my new front driveshaft.

Back to work on the bumper, found out (or rather, further verified) that I have some frame twist. So, the jack to spread and some creative tie-downs to hold things in place...

Now, I seem to have an issue here with the spindle.

I'm pretty sure it's Supposed to sit flush with the top but mine is running into the bottom plate. Plan is to just do my best at drilling out the bottom and weld it top and bottom. No instruction with this kit, and it's been YEARS since I bought it. I'm on the edge of my knowledge and comfort level here, so some advice from those who have experience down this path would be great. swing-outs (one on each side) will likely have a max load of 3 5-gallon cans (2 fuel, 1 water) on one, and a couple coolers (or cooler and tote with misc tools/spares/recovery gear) on the other... spare is still in stock location and staying there. I know load is a big consideration.

Thanks!
