I attached the trailer to the '70, and put it to work.

Took the Trials bikes out for a practice, and used the pig as the tow rig. Met up with a friend of ours and fellow Trials competitor Chuck Sutton who brought his 4X4 Toyota mini-truck. Must have been a day for blue Toyotas and Montesa Trials bikes.

The wife yapping with yet another Trials member afterward. He brought an Isuzu, evidently not getting the memo about blue Toyota's...

Good friends, good practice, good day!

i got the welding on the roof done...what a pita! need to do a cleaner job smoothing everything,, but needed to get the roof protected for winter since the snow might be flying tomorrow night so i did a quicky mopar paint job too. used ace rust stop safety blue and it's a close match to the ford engine blue that was on the pig already. will wet sand and apply second coat in the spring when it's nice out again. now onto the backside of the rockers so i can get the ipors welded on.

nice to see the roof blue like it should be.:)

Alright, I'll bite. Mopar paint job???

Got a lot done today. Por-15 on the bed, then por-15 primer the cab. Put spray primer on the door welds, so that I can use some filler on them tomorrow. Reattached my visors and rearview mirror, got the dome light working (I used the switch from my FJ60, since the pigs was broken. I had to use my dremel to cut away some of the plastic to get it to fit.)

made a great little bracket to mount a fuel pressure regulator in the blue pig (gotta love plasma) only to find out why some one just gave me the regulator...it leaks like a sieve. :frown:
