That looks great CJ, what did that service run you if I may ask?

$225 well worth it in my opinion. I've paid a lot to have the cruiser done in the past multiple different chains and Mobile guys and Brian blows them all away.

No sliding window if not equipped with third row seats from the factory.

May get harder to tell if guys start replacing the sliding with the non-sliding ones that are available. I like the look.

Trip down to Rosarito and got an under carriage hot bath!

I lost a pair like that. Glad you found them for me. Originally I installed them on a old Camry passenger's rear window that power window was shot. Daughter had just lost her last car and the Camry was still in my backyard. Window wouldn't stay up so used the vise grips as a temporary fit so the vehicle be locked. Within a week she bought another car and sold the Camry on CL without saying a word to me.:bang:

Never figured they would show up again. I'll get you my address so you can mail them to me.

It was hers if she had the title . Is that the same daughter who wanted your 40 or 45?

If it's a Craftsman that is four plate riveted together. If it's one of those (I doubt it) I will buy it from you.

Not sure about the daughter. Gave my oldest daughter my 79 FJ40 years ago. When she went thru a divorce it was at the house the ex planned on keeping and needed to be gone. Of course he couldn't find the title that was never transfer out of my name. VIN got me nowhere with DMV. After a few years going thru my titles found a copy I had made. Quick trip to DMV walked out with a duplicate title. So like the the vise grip it's all about who holds the title.:grinpimp:

At some point she will probably end up with it. Main reason she likes it's because it's the same year she was born. Just collected to many parts to give it away at this point.

So I bought this too cheap to say for a horse puller/motorcycle hauler. Imagine my surprise when it had all this open space underneath. ;) No transfer case and no front diff. I'm kinda at a loss for words. I can't remember the last time I owned a 2wd truck.

Congrats on the new ride, nice looking truck. It must ride really smooth with that long wheeeelbase.

Dug out the Anti-Gravity jump starter from the back of the cruiser and gave it a full charge. I haven't charged it for almost a year and it still showed 3 bars. That thing is amazing. Quality product I hope I don't need to use. Peace of mind knowing it's there is sweet.

Whacked another one of God's creatures with the Taco . . .

Killed a deer on US60 north of Globe tonight.

Lucky for me I have an ARB front bumper. I got a cracked headlight lense, but the poor doe got a trip to the afterlife :skull:

My Taco body count is now up to:
1 deer
1 javalina
1 coyote
5 bunnies
1 roadrunner
1 owl
Several mice like creatures scurrying acrozx the road

Point of impact

Good thing she didn't jump at the last second. Watch out for those rocks with legs, I have had to straddle several this year on 77 and 177.

Dealing with what to do with my wife's 04 4Runner. Bought a used ARB bull bar in like new shape just for Animals in the road. Install it and won't fit in the garage up north or have room to open the rear hatch with the garage door closed in the valley. Around the valley don't need it but plenty of reasons up north.
