Ok, so this sounds like a stupid question, (and it might be) but I'm a bit confused. My FJ40 (below) was built in 6/1975. I have looked at the color charts, and that would apparently make the shade of white T12 "Cygnus". Looks like they went to T031 "white" the following year. Since mine is dead smack in the middle of 1975, I'm not sure when that change-over actually took place.
I was also under the impression that my roof and bezel should be Cygnus White has well.
As you can see in the picture below, the roof and the rest of the truck are pretty clearly two different shades of white, with the roof being "brighter." If there ever was a color code plate, it is long gone. Does anyone know what combinations of white my FJ40 is?
The Bezel is currently black - from my reading, this was never a stock option - Bezel should always be the same shade of white as the roof, right?
