In the next few days, I need to replace the fan pulley and mount. <grimace> I have an ARB bumper to work around. I will remove the front wheels and lower the front down on some jack stands to get the front down to the lowest position possible.

I learned to do that when pulling an engine to get the most clearance possible with I swing out and over the front grill area.

I use apple boxes. The film industry ones not the real thing. They are 3 different heights and easy to kick around into various positions . I have about a 1/2 dozen of them in my shop. I would recommend having a set of 4 , Easy to find jobs for them. I do build my own with my own size parameters . I have found over the decades 9"x12"x18" are a better more useable shape/size as you can hit 1' increments easier. When built correctly they'll hold 3000 lbs on any of the surfaces. I also put handles in all sides to make passing them to your friends easier.

Step stool, 5 gallon bucket, blocks of wood, the bumper, the tire, rocks, etc.....
whatever gets the job done.

It seems like it would be easier for you to simply pull the valve stems out of your front tires and deflate them.
