Saw that my 100 had the door for the cabin air filters and thought that meant it was an option. After more reading it seems some early 100s came with the acess door and some didnt but nine actually have filters in there. Not even listed in the parts books. So got some filters and threw them in. Wish I had realized there weren't any in there earlier as the 200 miles of dirt roads I just did got lots of dust inside through the ducts.

@custyota grab yourself some.... if you dont have the access door I may be able to grab the one off of the lx470 in the junk yard.

Really pushing the wrenching part of owning a cruiser there

also swapped out the air and fuel filter

Going to cut open the fuel filter as @beno always says to do to see what it looks like. Toyota calls it a lifetime part but if this is the original im sure the insides are all kinds of bad looking.

I can't find an inline fuel filter on the 2005 Tundra like yours on the 100. I think it may have not had one :( Or I am drinking too much.

yea - i watched that and a guy on there says there is no inline filter on a 05/06 and his title is messed up :(

besides that, 07-09 has to be a little different?

subbed for awesomeness.

The day of the dubs is numbered. Picked up these Coopers earlier today for $100. Hopefully I can sell the 8 lug rims they are attached to for about the same after I get them on the lx wheels.

Looking at the pic it does kind of look that way but they aren't bald.

Bottom 3 are around 60 and to top is around 35.

They will get me through the next year and then I'll switch to a more aggressive MT

Also have a snorkel on the way, birthday gift

I'm still waiting for @custyota to post up his weekend score

And the inside if the rims are so badly rusted the first time is now unusable after taking it off. That happened quite a bit with larger truck tires but the first time I'd seen it on a passenger vehicle.

So.now to.get new tires again.

Thinking of giving treadwright a try.
