Yes, all new metal in the rear sill. That was the only rust, there was obviously some patching/ welding of non-factory holes in other areas.
And yeah Ebay here it comes, I need it gone fast
Yeah, I remember it not having much rust at all. Hope you get premium for your effort!

Well time seems to be harder to come by the days and things seem to progress even slower yet. But I have been plugging away on the old girl....
I have the drivetrain all buttoned up and ready to fire up any day now, the wiring harness has been cleaned, fixed, and reinstalled. Spent way to much time cleaning and sanding endless parts in Prep for paint, all new upholstery is in, new hard brake lines through out, rebuilt steering box, painted all the pewter parts,etc
Still much to do and looking more like August for a sale date

Dug this outta the shed today, going dive back into it full steam. The plan is to finish her up in the next month or two and get her to a new home!
Your kid lives in a shed? Man at least after all this rain I can say that I live in a van down by the river.
And soon you'll have enough vans, that way each kid can have their own!

Thanks for the kind words fellas! Plans are this weekend to get the doors and hardtop sides painted, then it is down to little nit picky things
