a couple years ago i got turned onto a bloke who invented a way to turn h2o into what he calls hho. he patented the process and has mad a torch that is only slightly warm to the touch but is a full on axy acetelene rig. but its uses water as fuel. well, he has succesfully run his modified car, 100 miles on 3 OZ water !!!! cant wait to see what happens with this next.
