Need a 110V Mig for body panel work, etc. I am looking at either the Hobart Handler 140 or the the Lincoln Pro-mig 140 (essentially a 135). Both cost relatively the same. I have seen both in person and frankly the Hobart looks to be constructed a bit better. But I am new to welding, so I need some input. Thoughts?

Used both in different body shops that I worked in... Both worked great IMO. I would go with what ever was less $$ or comes with more Accesories (cart , regulator and so on.. )

me likes my Hobart 140 veerrry much......

Miller 135.

I have used the Hobart 180, Lincoln 175 and Millermatic 175 all quite a bit, and they are just the big brother to the 135/140 series.

My friend (who owns the hobart) and I prefer my miller to the lincoln that we have both used, and his hobart.

I do not know if there is a difference with the 135 class, but my miller is the only one with infinite voltage adjustment vs the 6 presets of the Hobart and Lincoln models.
