Step 1. Purchase it.

step 2. park it in mexico???

step 3. wait 23 more years.

step 4. import back to the USA.

I think I would purchase, rip the engine and everything out -- and put that in a 1980 73 series rig, then put a 3b back in this one... take it to a car dismantler/recycler and get a certificate that I destroyed the rest of the car.
