Shackles are crazy long and look like the bushings are pretty much gone. If everything was powder coated why is their rust on the steering components? What happened to the windshield rests on the hood?

Somebody needs to buy this locked ‘97 w/ 96K miles. Stored in winters and super clean underneath even though it lives in MN. Two owners. Guy is firm on price.
