I love this forum! I just had this issue and sure enough it was water in the rocker panels. I pulled one plug and about 1 liter of water came out. I am trying to prevent this from happening again. Does anyone know how water gets in the rocker panels the first place?
Lowest part of the rockers
I believe these are the drain slits.

But the (3) rubber grommets are about 2” from the bottom of the panel…are they just for access? I don’t see what they are for.

And in general, this sure seems like a poor design to have water drain into these rocker panels.

Yes those are the drains. You can poke a zip tie into the slit to unclog them. Can use the same method to unclog the drainage slots in the bottom of the doors.
