I'm just finishing up a knuckle job and slapping the old warn hubs just doesn't look good.

This trucks rebuild is more about refurbishing the truck than buying new parts.

Anyways the hubs appear to be aluminum, so I cant just remove the corrosion or they will corrode.

Were the hubs painted from the factory? What finish can I use to freshen them up that will last a reasonably long time.

look up the 40 channel on YouTube. Jayson on there has a great video on this. (He’s on the forum here but I don’t remember his username. )

The last pair of Warns I bought new were a medium gray color. I don't think they were powder coated but they did hold up well to the mild conditions I exposed them to.

I cleaned mine up and sprayed with rustoleum professional.
