Everything that could be done to make it a reliable daily driver has been done. I drive it daily and would not hesitate to get in it and go anywhere tomorrow.
It doesn't leak anything and burns no oil.
The cons are the paint. A previous owner painted the top 3rd with cheap bed liner. I have been able to get some off with Citristrip. It’s tedious, but can be done. There is no rust. It has some scaling on the trailer hitch and one bad spot on the rear cross member, but the frame is solid and doesn’t have any rust whatsoever. The sunroof is taped shut, but I believe that it works. It was taped shut by a previous owner because of a leak which I believe to be the drains. He was not mechanically inclined. I’ve left it as I am bald and don’t open a sunroof often because of head burn. The rear hatch lock doesn’t work with the rest of the automatic locks and has to be done manually. The D light as well as the PWR light do not work, but I’ll fix them. I also have new U-joints for the front and rear.
I also have a new rear ARB air locker and a Viair 280c and 2-1/2 gallon tank.
I will install them in the next week or so.
Also willing to sell without.
I know that I’m leaving something out and if I can recall it I’ll let you know.
It just reliably made a round trip journey to Oliver Springs TN for GSMTR.
Really looking to get back into a 100 series.
$13,500 or best reasonable offer.
I would probably ask more if it weren’t for the paint.
