Man, I didn't need to see this thread.....I installed this same bracket in 8/2021. I just inspected mine, no hairline cracks and seemed to be holding up just fine.

I shifted the tray towards the back as far as the mounting holes allowed. I also had to bend the OEM rear tray lip down to hold the Group 31 battery.
