I placed an order on the 29th which got canceled with no explanation, I sent a message which also went unanswered. What gives?
Heard Duiser may be out of business. Any one have a pulse on this? If not, any other options for brackets?
Not surprising considering their terrible service.
Anyone have more info on whether these guys are still around? I bought a pair of URBs on their site, paid via PayPal, but not much of a response since then. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I also don't want to be out $100.
I'm in the same boat. I've placed an order with them, emailed them the day after and recieved a response saying that they will be shipped out the next day. It's been two and a half weeks with three emails requesting a tracking number with no response. I'll be filing a dispute with PayPal. After reading feedback from others on here, I was hesitant on ordering from them. I guess I should have trusted my instincts. Anyone know anyone else that sells similar brackets for the 80?
If that's the case, how can we get their ads off the Mud site? I still see it when I'm here. If they are taking money and not sending products or replying to emails, that's not right.
There's a company in Australia that makes something similar called Roadsafe. I looked to import some before I got the URB'S from Duiser. They're about $135 a pair. Shipping killed it for me though. I believe it was around $100 to ship.

I ordered duiser's Stage II rebuild kit and had to open a dispute with my CC co to finally receive everything included in the bundle. I was hoping to get some recovery brackets too, but until I hear people are starting to receive orders on time without hassle I think I'll hold off.
