ordered a round aircleaner adapter for my weber today. Was gonna redneck one up but i don't think i would have been happy with it.

I saw a guy asking $300 for an FJ60 tool bag. Hell, my brother sold an entire FJ60 to Bob for $500 and it had a mint tool bag in the cab.:lol:

picked up the heater hose i needed off ebay today for 13.50 shipped. I'm getting there part by part.

Passed on buying the 62 back, so it's off to another owner (local and another friend of mine). I do have 1st right of refusal again. Just can't get over the 40 itch!

And, now for something completely different...

So I replaced the sponge between the tank and toilet in the guest bath last night. Now the tank tilts back toward the wall slightly and I can move it back and forth pretty easily. The bolts are tight. I guess the replacement sponge is bigger than the old one. There are no leaks but it makes me nervous that the tank moves the way it does.

Any suggestions?

According to my plumber friend it is quite normal for those to rock a bit from a different manufacturer. Just to be clear, you are talking about the wax seal right? If so he said he used to tell the owners that he would tighten the bolts about a quarter past hand tight, and tell them to go back a few days later and re-torque it if you will to about there as the seal will settle and he didn't want to crack the porcelain. Hope that helps...If it continues to rock though... your house might fall down around it...just a warning:flipoff2:

Just get someone fat to sit on it, then re-tighten the bolts after the flattened the seal. If you used too tall of a seal though, be careful because it could clog your drain. You want a standard height for everything except tile floors with duro-rock, then you want to go to a highboy, or 2 standard rings.

Not the wax ring on the floor. It's the ring between the tank and the seat. Only the tank moves.

Oh, the rear bolt needs to be loosened up until it is level, then re tighten them all. As far as rocking, it shouldn't move if all the bolts are snug. Unless the Manuf. put the spacing really close together and there is too much weight outboard. I would try to get the same rubber flange that was on it.
