This happens to me every year. Anyone else have this issue?? When I bought the truck the evaporator was impacted with black cherry seeds, moss, fur, and various grasses. I had to tear everything apart and thoroughly clean and sanitize the HVAC system to get rid of the musty smell.
Looks like you need a murder cat to take residence around your house.

Does anyone have a trailer I can borrow for a day or two? I just signed a lease at a new place and need to move my "big ticket" items this weekend if possible. Round trip is <2 miles, so it won't be abused.

I have access to an enclosed trailer with a ramp door. We used it for moving pianos, but thankfully that's a thing of the past. It's 10x6 inside with electric brakes. I'm also on the hunt for a trailer to tow my 62 to GSMTR.

Not being a cat guy, my solution was to put sticky boards under the truck after parking at night. A little dab of peanut butter in the middle of the board helps too. After a few nights, problem solved.

I agree. If I got a cat then I would have a cat problem and all that comes with that. Thanks for the suggestion

I do, you are welcome to it if @CP in SC isn't using it as it's at his house right now!

My cruiser did sit a lot and I'm ashamed to admit that. It is now my go-to because its an amazing truck and I now have time to drive it. 20 years old and 203,000 miles and it runs like a Swiss watch. I might even go as far to say that its quite peppy.

Happy with the results but glad my upholstery career is over. Don't plan on doing this again anytime soon.

Looks great! I replaced my first and second row leather as well. The biggest issue I had was welding up a cracked drivers seat pan and broken welds on the seat frame. I bought the rig from a BIG girl! Replacing the leather isn't the most fun thing to do to a cruiser but I found it to be relatively simple.

Thanks. I'm glad you took care of the front seats. Not sure I would have made it past that.

Definitely not for hire for upholstery work.

It's official, I bought my second cruiser. Locked 94 with 168k on the clock. Sitting on 35, just like my 62. They're going to be so happy together.

Looking good? Very nice rig.

Well apparently I'm not supposed to have a boat. Took it out yesterday to find out I have a starter bolt broken off into the block. Go out to the boat this morning and the outboard has dropped all the way down. The tilt/trim brings it back up but wont go down. Worked fine yesterday! Is it to early to get drunk?
