Quick question on food. Are we doing a group dinner on Saturday? Someone mentioned chilly or left over bbq. We are just trying to plan out the groceries. We will be leaving columbia around 3 and I'm hoping to be down there by 8.

Rachael and I are hoping to leave about 6 am Saturday from KC as well.
I'll bring potato salad to add to Saturday night's BBQ dinner. I'm open to suggestions for anything else as well.

Are you all open to a newbie stopping by on Friday? As if I really had to ask.
My oldest daughter who's attending K-State currently has my 40 in Manhattan due to a fender bender. I was talking to her originally about this trip when I thought we might all be coming out. Now that The rest of us are going to Branson, and she can't, she is considering stopping by Tuttle on Friday anyway. She has driven the previous 40 and this one quite a bit, but never off road.
She may or may not be comfortable driving it on trails, but at least she might want to fill someone's empty seat. Will there be any empty seats on Friday? I'm pretty sure there would be on Saturday, but, she's watching someone's kids all day Saturday.

Hey guys, im a new guy from Lawrence with a stock 80 with some AT tires. I was wondering if how well the 80 would handle at Tuttle creek ORV?
tuttle has everything most hard trails have bypasses for more stock rigs but it has been a few years since i've been out there. more than kansas rocks on the tough side

Yup, there's servic . We watched some YouTube videos last year.
There are bypasses for everything, some are just other trails that eventually meet up. We won't pressure you into doing something you're not comfortable with, and we never leave anyone behind.

Saturday we have 9lb pulled pork, 5.5lbs beef, 12lbs potato salad, tub and a half of beans, 7lb cole slaw, 48 buns, bbq sauce.
we also have plates, bowls, utensils.

absolutely, have her stop by. Give her my cell number, so she can find us though. I am not sure that we are planning on going back to camp for lunch, so she will need to be out there in the AM to see us at camp, or shoot me a text.
If there is a way to "reserve" two electric sites for Friday. I'm bringing some peeps from como. Still working on nick.
No there isn't. When we get there we try to make it look like all the spots are taken so no outside group joins us. Were successful doing this last year.
