I did grab and shake it, it did not feel loose.
Hmmm... Both sides were tight? Any moisture coming from the output seals on the diff.? Either that or you've completely shredded a wheel bearing and its grinding rather loudly. Any play in the front wheels? You'd have to jack it up and check them at the 12 & 6 position for wheel movement.

I’m on this tomorrow, I’ll check this with above suggestions.
I did figure 8s today in a parking lot and could not get it to recreate the noise.

odd...almost think you could have gotten a stick in the dust shield or something. I keep listening to your video lol

You're absolutely certain you don't have one of these caught in your undercarriage???

That's the word I was looking for earlier! "Dust shield"... Like something is loose and rattling around in there. I once had a heat shield come loose and was making contact on the front driveshaft. Heck of a rattle but a simple fix with a hammer!

Yeah... Check the manifold heat Shields and any debris between the CV and the dust shield.

Thanks for all the feedback! I will check it after work tomorrow.
I had the heat shield on driveshaft with my previous 4runner.

My truck make this noise when the CV run dry of grease. The booth was leaking and PO did not do anything. It wear a lot more on the side that got powered. That is why you only hear it under acceleration. Replace the CV with used OEM and the noise went away.

Didn’t get a chance to look at it yesterday so it looks like it will have to wait until Saturday.

Spent some time on this today. Shook the crap out if the cvs, appeared fine. Jacked it up, rotated tires and could not replicate the sounds. Diff supports looked good.
What I did find. Passenger cv had a zip tie around the outerboot on the shaft side. Pumped some grease in there and put a pfran clamp on I had. Found a couple of little plastic? pieces that fell onto the wheel as I pull it off. Not exactly sure what they were. Don’t the brake calipers usually has a spring on the outside? Or am I just thinking about my FJ40 brakes? Dust caps are both very dented from being removed previously, guess I should order new ones. I also think I need extended spline lugs with the 6 shooter wheels that were on it when I bought it.

Yes there should be springs on the pads

I have put about 100 miles since I shot some grease and reclamped the outer cv boot. No vibrations or noises. It appears to be the culprit, so I will order some cvjs soon to replace. I never did see any grease shooting anywhere underneath but who knows how long the boot was zip tied.
Thanks for all the advice.
