Start with what you want out of it. That’s the other part of the equation.
If you could zoot the fender and roof blemishes, a good wash, and ... is that spot on the ground in the (edit) 4th pic yours?... I'd say $10k if everything works properly and interior is in good condition.

Thats actually incorrect. He didnt ask "Whats it worth?" A "fair ASKING price" should be MORE than whatever someone is willing to pay for it.
Those do look a tad out of place, unless he's Tim Dahle.
I'd start above what you want out of it, you can always come down in price when dealing with a buyer, but you can't go up.
