Trekboxx Drawer System for 200 series (1 Viewer)

Just a little teaser. The 200 series system will have a split cutting board/work surface. This makes it easier to access the drawer if you have stuff on top and forgot to get something out. Also, the cutting board for the optional Aux Work Station will now nest on the large drawer, even with the drawers closed. It will attach to the front and back of the drawer top, saving storage space and allowing quick access to items in the drawer with it nested on the back.

Completion dates are now running to the end of May, so don't wait too long if you want one by mid-summer.

Would these also fit a 2015 LX570, obviously with 3rd row removed? What are the electronic setups on the far left and right?

I think it would fit fine, unless some other members here know different. This system was patterned on a 2017 and installed on a 2016 LC above.
The switches are customer supplied units (@indycole ). During install, I cut the wing faces and made custom surrounds for the top 3-gang switch panels. One of the benefits of these systems is the ability to easily remove, modify, and replace if necessary the side panels. They come off with 2 screws each to add stuff like this.

Do you happen to have total weight of the Alpha system? Also, what are the internal dimensions of the two drawers and how much space is available behind that fridge?

@TrekboxX - awesome product and great install! The spacing and gaps between drawer fronts are as uniform as the cabinetry in the $50k kitchens we install. Very nice work!

I think the 200 system full kit as you see above comes in around 250 lbs. The internal dimensions are:

Fridge space -
35 L x 19 3/8 W x 22 5/8 H
(there are bolts that take up about 3/8” on each side near the bottom, but this usually isn’t an issue since you need air space for the fridge)

Large Drawer space -
37 1/2 L x 14 5/8 W x 9 3/4 H

Shallow Drawer space -
37 1/2 L x 17 1/8 W x 3 3/4 H

There's another 3" of length under the cargo barrier in front of the fridge that is useable, so depending on where you put the fridge (and which model) you could have quite a bit of room for other storage. Most people, myself included, slide the fridge all the way back (towards front of truck) and use the space in front of it as a handy little cubby for transient items.

Thanks! Could be better, but the variance in LINE-X thickness makes me do a lot of "splitting the difference." If you install cabinets, you know exactly what I mean :)

Wow, such a great looking product and your attention to detail is obvious.

Question on overall dimensions. Since the second row seats slide back and forth, I'd like to know approximately where they'd need to be positioned to allow for this setup? Also, wondering if it'd eliminate the ability to recline the second row seat? I have two child booster seats back there and trying to get an idea of the adjustability lost (if any) with this setup.

If I remember correctly, I patterned the system with the seats slid all the way back and reclined on the second "click". That seemed to me to be a comfortable position for adults.

Speaking of gaps... it may not be obvious but TrekBoxx attention to gap detail extends beyond the drawer faces etc. David designed the systems to have zero interference points on the vehicle. The only part of the system that touches the truck is the four mounting points. This makes for a squeak free system. I've seen many "professional" systems that do not account for this and squeak like a mother_

Not only squeak free but also no damage to inner cargo area panels and damage to the drawer unit itself. I can't count how many units I've seen where the fabric or coating is damaged and looks like crap and then when the unit is removed there are holes worn completely through the inner plastic panels.

Just another step that has been taken to achieve top quality and design marks.

Hey all! I just wanted to give you a heads up that I'm running a sale for the next week. I rarely do sales, but to be honest the heat this summer kicked my butt! I'd like to have those of you interested get a system while it's cooler under the welding helmet. Also, since these take a while to build, it avoids the last minute rush builds for a planned summer trip, etc.

Sale will run from Oct. 16th - 23rd. If you want a reminder sign up for my email list and I'll let you know what's going on.

Email list

Also, you can finance the system for 6 months interest free if that's an issue. Details HERE.

Thanks all!
David

David -

Might have been covered, but can you / do you have the ability to install a Partner Stove in the slider below the fridge slide?

I'm just wanting to get the stove in a perm mounting solution Vs. it taking room up in the truck.....I know 1st world problems...

Thanks,

John

No doubt. Getting ready to probably move into a 200 and want to upgrade from the ARB Drawers. These look just flat out amazing.....
