I am replacing my crossmember #2 with a Trail Tailor Crawler skid. Does anyone have the specs for the crossmember hardware handy?

There are several bolts with 14mm heads and large washers (x4) and a couple (x2) of plain JIS bolts. They might be reusable, but are rusty/crusty, so figure I'll swap them out.

I put them back in to hold everything together while I wait for a part.

The parts sites have been fairly useless, but probably my search skills, not the sites. Yes, I tried partssouk, I can find the crossmember but not the bolts.

Side note, I discovered that my transmission/transfer rubber/metal mount has separated. Replacement on the way.

For future searchers - I asked Trail Tailor - reuse factory bolts or M10 x1.25 10.9 grade if replacing.

I have used Yoshi Parts. Some how I came across this site after I recently tourqed the AT Skid plate bolts per the manual to 22Ft/LBS and snapped one off in the crossmember.,after draining the ATF and putting the A/T skid plate back on.
I believe you are in search of the 8, Transmission crossmember bolts and are all 14mm heads. The part number is 90119-10586 and are roughly $4.00/per.
Hope this helps and have a nice day..

I have replaced mine several times due to rock damage. McMaster has them in packs of 10 for about $9. McMaster part #95735A645. M10x1.25x45mm, JIS 14mm head, JIS High-Strength Steel Flanged Hex Head Screws.
91116A390 are oversized stainless steel washers.

@jonheld Thank you. Definitely a better price! Just to confirm - that 45mm length part number comes up as partially threaded - that works okay with the unthreaded shank not being too long?

No issue on mine, but I'm running the IPOR belly pan plus a custom cat skid plate.
Measure your existing bolts and use your judgement.

Make sure to soak the inside frame nuts with penetrating oil a week or so before starting, They're PITA to get to and you need a "bendy straw" to direct the oil. I had one that stripped the bolt and ended up helicoiling the frame nut to repaire.
A little never-seez on the new bolts is a good idea too.
The nuts are buried in the frame and that area can collect moisture

Thanks. I got lucky and they all came out without much drama. I used a tiny amount of antiseize when I reinstalled (temporarily) until my replacement transmission mount arrives later today. I just made a McMaster Carr order for these and some tow point bolts, should be delivered tomorrow.

When you live on the east coast, not a single fastener goes back in without a liberal coating of anti seize. All those memes about the tin man are true.
