I'm at 23.38" up front on mine with 2.3 degrees on my custom arms.

Most say the more caster the better... I like to be on the high positive side of the "spec'd Toyota range" regardless of stock or aftermarket arms. I like the feel, the steering, no torque steer and no side dive when braking. I don't care for super high caster numbers and grabby tires/steering...

I drove an 80 with 6 degree arms and it felt horrible to me.

But opinions are like ........................ If you like it... run what ya brung.

It's a truck not a road race car, just my .02

December got away from me with a couple of custom builds that showed up..

Getting back on track with the SAS kit builds. Jig fixtures are getting ready to be built. One set is for a full on custom and the other is for a more "stockish" approach. Custom jig will be the first to be built.

So do we just start shipping pallets of money to Redding, or nah?

Not sure... Like everything TT does, if it's popular it'll continue to be offered, if not it'll go to feed the fishes.

Trying to find 4 shops to install the conversion kits outside of Redding. 80 coils under 60 series and then this 100 SAS. The SAS shops will also get first chance at the turbo kit @fj80psi (Andy w/Autoworks here in Redding) is working on with me and we'll be adding this to my ELE rig in the next few days. I have spoken to a few shops @OTRAMM is one, @FJ60Cam Mosley Motors, Looking at a SLC or surrounding area shop, and then looking like StellarBuilt here in Sacramento. All too early to say that these are set in stone, but I know where I'd prefer my work done if I were in those areas for these types of mods...

Of course TRAIL TAILOR and Autoworks anytime for locals or customers wishing to ship or drive and fly..

Like my 80/60 kit, I'll be making all the brackets where they index into the 100 frame for perfect designed alignment whether I install or the end user does.

62 is about finished up and I have 5 more behind it to do. Swing by when your in town.

Once I get a little ahead again I'll start tearing into my 100. I have all the parts, just need some time to finalize a couple brackets and then a day of welding, another day of gear and locker set ups and... and ... and.... HA. Should be a good surprise for the end of July.

New 100 front will be out soon enough.

Will this be a full bull bar or small stinger only?

thanks for the extended sway bars and soon to be Diff Drop. (sorry I didnt order them together)

Short bar will be the main one built. But will customize to your liking.

This afternoon Matt and I discussed what we wanted to start working on starting in February. We decided to go with a new tube rack (following contour of roof) and the front bumper.

I know several of you have asked about the front and rear bumpers so they will happen sooner than later.

I received a bid on a couple more pieces from my military contractor and that will cause a deletion of a cruiser line. More than likely it will be the 200 series parts. While a mover... they are the low man on the totem pole.

Unfortunately this has happened with the 40 and 70 series in the past...

So the main focus will be 100s and 60 series parts as you two have continued to be loyal supporters of TT.

Also in Late Spring/Early Summer I'm wanting to put together a Trinity Alps, CA get together for about 10-15 rigs. Most will be local guys. The area is absolutely beautiful.

So for any local guys that are wanting to just chill and do a little light technical trailing let me know. I'm trying to keep this mainly 100 guys.

I had 3 people ask on the front design...

It will be 90% the same as this. More underpinning for strength and a different lighting mount (these are for BAJA DESIGNS) and most guys won't spring for these due to cost (420.00 a pair)... So a regular 2 x 5 old Rigid style will be used. So guys can go from Chinesium to Rigids on the lighting.

Will have the old style recovery D-rings as well. While I like the soft shackles and it makes it one clean look, guys just haven't caught on to the softies...

Recessed/ full flat hawse style fairlead will be the standard and available for steel or synthetic lines.

@Kmonty66 and @fj80psi have been running these for upwards of a year now.

Well, I’m beyond stoked with my bumper and I have several 100 Customers that love it. I bought soft shackles for the first time but, could go either way. I’m all in for a Trinity Alps run. It’s beautiful country!
