Almost got the body lift pucks and brackets etc.. where I want them. Waiting on a final price on a few hundred M10 bolts.

I'd like to offer a 1/2" and 1" BL kit.

12.7mm (1/2") 6061 CNC machined pucks and bolts

25.4mm (1") 6061 CNC machined pucks, CNC stainless radiator brackets, and bolts (may make a steering spacer as well, but looks like loosening the shaft coupler will let the shaft adjust appropriately into place)

I'll post them up as soon as a pair are finished tomorrow. I know I have the pod LEDs, but not sure if I have a FireStik.

I got 50 pair pinch weld/step bent today. So tomorrow I'll get the other 3 bends made and start TIG welding these things out.

1/2" BL will clear up to a 34.5" without the radiator and steering mods from what I've seen and experienced. True 35s and larger need more. Most don't/won't run over a 34.5", another rabbit hole with other issues.

I'd say 90% of all 100 guys are on 32-33.4" were there are no rubbing issues.

Other thing is the guys are moving to 18 and 25 offset wheels like me and need a little more as well. I'm on a 34.5 with 18mm offset wheels. I rub everywhere right now, even regular turning on DD travel. I still need to bend pinch welds and remold the inner fender covers too.

But now that you mentioned you have 18mm offset wheels, I'm practically being pushed over the edge by you lol You mentioned you're running a 34.5, guessing a 295/70. Sounds like the 1/2" would be perfect, but do you think we could get a 285/75 to tuck or a 305/70?

I'm running a 295/70-18 = 34.5"

305 = ~~34.8"

The 1" BL would suit the 305 with ease.

I wonder how the gap will look with the ARB bumpers and a 1". I feel like the 0.5" wouldn't be noticeable at all. I'll browse a little and decide. We might as well start a monthly account withdrawal at this rate Haha

Man, no kidding. Is there a Trail Tailor credit card out there ? I always think I'm done, then YOU PULL ME RIGHT BACK IN. I need the 0.5" to clear the 305s the PO installed.

I might be wrong as well, but it may have been a custom build to accommodate the BL.

I have both front and rear Dissent bumpers that accommodate my 1” body lift. From what I understand, he makes a custom bracket to lift his standard front bumper 1”. His rear bumper for 1” body lift is a complete redesign with taller wings. If you want the body lift versions, just tell him when you order. The cost difference was very reasonable.

I would absolutely go with Dissent. But I already have a set of ARB bumpers front and rear. I actually found @paflytyer pics on Instagram. That 1" didnt look too bad. The 0.5" wouldnt be noticeable at all.

Ah @SierraWheeler is that your rig. Alot of my reference pictures for Ben are with your rig. For some crazy reason Im going with the Evo Gray and Black on the trim. Thanks for that!
