Looks great Jason. You took a good design and IMO made just a few changes that have made it even better

Looks like the Rhino finally has some competition!

Hmmm...
I really like how open this front is.
For me, I’d be most interested in whether it’s strong. There are high clearance offerings out there, but the strength is always the sacrifice.

If this thing can have internal structures that fully support a *stout* bull-bar (option?)—-like stout enough so it doesn’t bend the top pieces downward & the bar backward on reasonable impact....along with majorly-reinforced wings? Hmmm... :hmm:

-Would be a pretty unique combination. I’m definitely a fan of bull bars to help keep my truck operational after strikes (most know it already saved my trip once), and strength is pretty much everything for that.

I love my T13 from TJM and it’s super strong...
...BUT if there’s one thing I’d change on it, it would be that I wish it opened up the approach at my tires in front. Approaching a steep rock-face or tall ledge (maybe even like a winch-only obstacle?) ...it would be pretty helpful to get to the tires like this would allow. This thing is about as open a wheel well as I’ve seen on a full, 200 winch bumper.

:hmm:<Hmmm...

Great design. Looking forward to seeing the bumper cut version.

As I was telling @Markuson and several others this week. In our Monday morning meeting I decided against the cut version. I'm known for strength and hardcore designs. While a cut version from us would be strong as hell, I decided to keep the tradition on the same path as always. Low profile and lighter versions have their place; just not in our wheelhouse.

I'll lose a few customers that want a certain look over function/strength... oh well.

This version is stronger than the last in both the frame mounting and the shell. The centered bullbar and full guard designs are full penetration through the shell and tie directly back into the frame/recovery mounts. Making the triangulated design one of the strongest in the industry if not the strongest I've seen so far.

Bullbar/guard will be stepped up to 2" x .120" DOM from previous smaller diameter tube as well.

You've seen the old version drop several feet vertically, nose first on a 6500# + rig and it laughed at the impact. If I remember correctly the recovery points had some chipped powder...

Center is about 2" higher than your old one. Full penetration guard, frame wrap skid mount design from 3/8" and all is 3/16", 1/4" and 3/8" HSLA vs A36 steel. (OR 4.77mm, 6.35mm and 9.5mm-----Compare to most overseas steel offerings at 3mm, 5mm and 6mm).

The old version has a higher clearance IN THE SECTION just outside the frame mounts for about 5", but lower tire clearance straight on than this new design.

Ya, Tony dropped on his nose like three feet away as I stood next to that spot in Moab. There was standing water masking the depth, so the full drop was hard to judge before hand, and ya, it was a hard hit.

Hmmm... maybe? I have been looking for an excuse to take the bumper down to replace my cracked headlamps from my tupperware days.

I always offer to my oldest version client first.... Only seems fitting to bring yours back for a new fresh design.

Ok so that went quick. Always good to deal with existing customers.

@indycole will be getting a redesigned 2016-2020 front in January.

So That locks all the 200 bumpers on the redesigns. Just need a few weeks and an endless supply of FFDP and Meshuhhah tracks and I'll be set!

@nor_cal_cyclist will be in early January for a 2019 redesigned rear, which will be mainly finished by the time he gets here. I will start on that next week with @NDizzle 200 I have in the shop now.

As always thanks guys. I hope to have a 2010 in the garage by the being of February for further R&D.

Front bumper looks awesome! Hopefully I'll be able to get my hands on one one day

So for those that don't go all the way back to the front of a thread.

The original Gen I (2008-2015) bumper was handmade and cut for @ TonyP

Then I redesigned for him when I got CNC capabilities. ---GEN I- V2 ---

Even @linuxgod got some action on that first round.
