Based on my experience Bell Lexus in Scottsdale Arizona has the best prices. Most orders are free shipping and the customer service is great. Like others have mentioned, Serra is great with customer service and packaging, but the orders take longer to ship. I just check pricing on an A/C condenser for an LX470. Serra, Ourisman, Fred Anderson, and others are around $343 without shipping. Discount Parts Monster $356 without shipping. Lexus/Toyota of West Kendall which sometimes has ok prices is $372 without shipping. Park Place Lexus still higher. Bell Lexus $302 out the door with free shipping. Amayama and Partsouq is sometimes cheaper but the shipping takes much longer and the shipping is not free.

Thanks for this, just ordered!

I have been trying to order through several southeast dealers other than Serra ( Hendrik, World Toyota, Marietta Toyota) beacuse I can't wait for their long shipping times..... and i keep getting this erorr . anyone else have any other dealers with similar pricing to Serra in the Southeast?

Check out Ourisman (formerly McGeorge) in Richmond. I usually find better pricing with them vs some others in the area, and I've always gotten my parts shipped quickly.

I have a feeling I know why. Items can take 1-2 months to arrive especially when they are having a large sale... like now. 😏
Idk man, Valdosta and Ourisman can get my stuff shipped out in less than a week during a sale. And if I ordered something that takes extra time to come from California they will promptly notify me. The best way to expedite shipping with Serra is to drop Eric Francis (the lean six sigma black belt behind this textbook example of "The Toyota Way") an email after a month of waiting, then all of a sudden you get a "shipping label created" notification in less than a week. God forbid you have an issue with your order; Eric is unable to give you any information of value based off your name and order number. Also expect the little correspondence you receive back to come off as ornery and devoid of commas and periods.

Save your time and order from Raymond Henderson at Valdosta. I can assure you that he wields the customer facing skills to survive at a McDonald's.

I had an excellent experience with Serra Toyota and Fred Anderson Toyota. All items (7 boxes) received within 2 weeks. Also, Serra parts manager went above and beyond and shipped one box to Hawaii for me. No extra charge. The only one getting mad was my wife seeing box after box get delivered.

I have had decent fulfillment times at the Serra Birmingham store.

If someone lives in the area, the price for a 84 month Group 27 battery is $114.73

I should play the mega millions lotto, because I finally got my refund. Might've been outside of to 10-14 business day window I was told after the return is received, but I'm sure it's due to the summer intern's Yaris getting a flat tire while he was on his way to start packing all those orders for the July 4th sale. They sound busier than an Amazon warehouse on prime week. Anyway, great input. Good to see that there aren't any major variances in customer experience between orders shipped to Hawaii and orders shipped to NJ. They've got this down to a science.

I wonder if this is why a certain dealer have stopped responding to me regarding the “chuck it all in a box the size of a small TV with about 3’ of air space, 4 strips of bubble wrap and padded envelopes”. While 4 shocks spent the trip pounding the living daylights out of each other and everything else in the shipment. Crickets for about a week. But I notified them upon receipt. I was afraid I might be in for a rough road. Thought I would need an RMA or something.

I can't speak for Serra of Birmingham. Either way I wouldn't back off just because they've got a 4th of July sale going. If they can accept new orders they can deal with the current botch jobs.

Serra Toyota of Decatur (Eric). Is the best packer, in the world. Decatur ships: FDSs (AKA CV), Radiators, brake masters and many other parts most will not. They get to my door in perfect condition. Just as if I pick-up at the parts counter. Repacking, is what slow these orders. It has also made, Decatur the busiest of all Toyota parts departments in the SE system.

I much rather wait, to get all I want and undamaged. Than fast and damaged parts I must return or restore. Or have them CXL and say NLA, because they're too lazy to repack.
