Top speed cut-off (1 Viewer)

I found some interesting post's. but did not get excactly what I was looking for.
Not that anyone has been there , but is there and @ what speed (assuming there is one) does the fuel cut-off on the 93-97's?

I wonder if that is photoshoped? Or is it sitting on a dyno? Nice low KM rig. Really 200kph isn't that fast, fast for an 80 probably. I know 115 mph is possible on the GPS in a stock FZJ80. It wasn't mine and I wouldn't recommend it.

i hit 110 in my 96lx that was before all the parts were added. but 110 none the less

very cool. That's pegged alright looking at the rpm, but it must be a dyno or how did he manage to take that photo with the camera where his head should be and why can't you see his hands (I'd have had two hands at 10 to 2 myself).

Isn't one, but pickup over 95mph is very slow, not to mention the sound of the gas pump chinging in your head.

210kph = 130.488mph, right? which is faster than my 80 will ever go- I agree if that was me you'd see my white knuckles on the wheel for sure.. must be on a dyno.

I figured that the fuel guage would have been a blur racing to "E."
