Tool box installation measurements

Installing my underseat toolbox in my 40 very soon, didn't take it out so I don't have and measurements of the placement.
I can get it close but I'd like to double check before welding it in.

If someone could provide measurements at the front and back of the tool box, from the toolbox to the door rocker panel as seen below (in a stolen photo) I would really appreciate it
