I have a few going. One is a Chile garlic sauce, one is what I call High Sierra Chileno Pepper Sauce (IYKYK).

I bought my last batchnl of hot sauce from The Heatonist. They are affiliated with that spicy chicken wing celebrity YouTube show. The show is sometimes funny. But i am really digging the variety of hot sauces. A bit spendy at around $10-12 a bottle but you can get deals.

Currently working my way through these 3: Hot Ones Hot Sauce Warmup Pack - Season 23 | HEATONIST - https://heatonist.com/products/hot-ones-hot-sauce-warmup-pack-season-23

OK so yeah one of them is vegan but despite that it tastes good. But come to think of it, i imagine most hot sauce is made without hurting anything more than the worms that get stepped on during harvest so whatever that's all about.

My son lives just outside of Cincinnati and on a visit he took me to a place called Jungle Jim's International Market in Fairfield. This store is around 200,000 square feet and has aisles and shelves full of hot sauces (they claim over 1,500 varieties in their advertising) from around the world. Quite impressive.

I tweaked my standard chlineo hot sauce recipe a bit by smoking the peppers and onions. It might be a winner.
