Yesterday I spent the day volunteering to clean up the Murphy Subregion of the Owyhee Front. It wasn't without some perks
. Very seldom do I ever get any photos of my 100 in action as most of the time I'm the guy with the camera. In this case I think I may have scared the guy in the camera as he failed to capture the whole rig. I think it is about time to start working on some skid plates

Here's an accidental photo of the Southernmost Point through the side view, while taking pictures for newsrack permits in Key West. Not bad for a drive by through the window shot.

some unseasonal snow last week
i went camping last week....it got a little cold where i was going to go hiking.
A few obstacles like this didn't deter me:
coz i got around this and many more:
and here's just a poser shot...and this was from memory 825m above sea level.
it snowed down to 700m. It's in the NSW (New South Wales...an Oz State) South East National Park....although the bottom pic is just outside the National Park so they are allowed logging there. And where was i camped? At Point Hicks in Victoria ...100mm of rain over 3 days. Probably more...the Lighthouse Keeper didn't venture out after the first day from what i could see!
I am available for hire if you want some rain as i seem to attract rain when i go camping in October and November! I'm cheap! Just some food, Jim Beam Black label bourbon (and Pepsi Max) and BP Ultimate 98 Octane.
Oh and happy birthday to me for the 12th!

yea, another weekend will be here soon enough. Wont be in ATL for a good 2-3 weeks. but maybe i can escape college and make a quick 2 day trip up.
