Been there...someone with swampers rutted the trail and I sank to chassis. Been saving for winch since.

Defiantly, droop it out and put those tough dogs in!
I pulled a loaded 12' cargo trailer on stock springs a few times, very saggy.

^^ I feel like that makes me Rose, and you Jack. We can recreate it further at next year's Polar Plunge. I'll float on an old door in Lake Como with a whistle in my mouth while you stay in the cold water and cling to the door whilst we float around the lake. Epic.

I'd be more than happy to play the titanic theme song on my recorder from the waters edge. I'll even wear a tuxedo like the orchestra members did in the movie. It would be an honor.

Handled my rust problem and got rid of the running boards for some White Knuckle rock sliders. Also added DT headers to the cat back and that made a noticeable difference. The four speed seems to be a weak link now but it's rarely an issue. I was grabbing some lunch and saw a 200, sitting in the middle of a mall parking lot of all places, so I snapped a pic. What did you use on your undercarriage for the rust? I need to tackle this as well before winter.
