Pics of the new ranch and the new garage. The building that was there to start is now converted into a living space for when were up there. It has a loft over half of it with bed room up stairs, 2 bath rooms, and another bed room down stairs which will have two bunk beds. there was an old ranch house on a different site that were stipping parts from for this place. We got the fridge from there and painted it, as well as a large gas heater which will heat the new garage. I spent most of the summer up there framming all the walls, running the electric and doing the plumbing. soon it will be a sweet place both summers and winters. Its aproximatly 200 acres, set against BLM land and above a very nice fishing stream. Has great hunting and is really the only access to the BLM land other then another piece of land across it. Its history goes way way way back and it still even has the original home stead (dates to the 1800s) The tree next to it is acctully pushing the home over. 12 kids were raised in that house believe it or not.
