Cleaned the hoses connections to prevent leaking, installed the hoses and add cooling liquid tomorrow.

Thanks guys! :bounce::steer: from here a lot of repair, no empty stuff :D :flamingo:

Dkyuss I came back and started the cooling liquid but it is a maintenance repair :wrench::deadhorse: :wrench:

and I am glad I did not wait for the hoses to break while traveling, seems easy to replace but takes me a long time to fix.

Here is the engine drain, seems to drain the last bit because I entered 14.3 liters of new cooling liquid (blue, to -26 degrees C)
The overflow takes exactly one liter to fill line.

Oke, maybe not so good, read a bit and it seems the cooling liquid gets worse in time (more corrosion, worse cooling)
And the liquid gets more acid below Ph7 so ordered test papers to test old and new:
80pcs of 1-14 pH Test indicator paper

And now the replacement of the front axle U-joint spider gear that turned into a big nightmare, especially because I want to go 10 march... :censor:

Time to replace the U joint (landcruiser SPIDER KIT UNIVERSAL PROPELLER SHAFT UNIVERSAL JOINT) part# 04371-36030 Stock Code 04371-36020; 04371-36021

They seem to be the same type for the front and rear axle (so 4 times the same) others mention front is different for J 60 model ? , find out?

Good picture topic and video makes it pretty easy but to much force will destroy the new part.

Saw the movies, checked the manuals and nothing prepared me for the s*** to come :bang:

Slam a marker pinch hole before separating, does the manual says anything about cleaning for hours?

It was a freezing night and I was crying and sobbing a bit under the car when my mum asked if I was okay :)

First shower under cooling liquid, then add some sand and stuff: landcruiser wrenching.

The brush was new so dont think it is used a lot and the brown stuff...
