I got on the scale yesterday and it topped out at 276.5 lbs. That's about 20 lbs more than I have been for the last couple of years. I'm going to put some effort into loosing at least 20 but would like to see 30.

good job. :)

I missed last week's meeting with late nights at work but will be weighing tonight for sure. I've been eating right and exercising, only 10 pounds to go to my 10% (that's 40 lbs. for me) and still hoping to be -60 by FG. :)

You looked thinner!

Thank you, I appreciate that. :) I'm definitely less blubbery, 30 lbs is nothing to be ashamed of. Just need to start tracking again, my portions are creeping up and I'm being too lax.

-60 by FG dammit!

Want us to nag?!

look at all the people you are motivating dave, this is awesome. i stopped tracking and the weight loss slowed down from 2 ish a week to 1 ish. you are right, tracking is key!

I haven't changed my diet much, but I am exercising regularly. I keep telling myself muscle weighs more than fat, so that is why I haven't made much progress besides the inch off the gut. Hey, it's my fantasy. On the other hand, more weight leads to better traction. :D

nice, numbers like that make dieting easier. That week I gained a pound really took the wind out of my sails.

probably cause you were not wrenching enough:flipoff2:
