Bummer. A week of very little activity has predictable results. Up 1.6. Standing at -33 total though. :)

Dog Run Dog training starts tonight, which will certainly address my exercise issue. :) Sara already started on a Couch-to-5k program and I will be doing the same thing. It's just what I need to kick things into gear this summer and will have me in tip top shape by FG. :)
 
it would seem that I'm on a biweekly weight loss program. This morning I'm down 13lbs total.

Dave keep an eye on your calorie intake. I had an anniversary party this weekend and people being friendly kept encouraging me to eat. You just have to hold your ground even under pressure.
 
Definitely, I really need to start tracking again. And I've fallen out of my nightly walk routine, concentrating on yard work and fishing instead and that has hurt. I need more hours in the day. (don't we all?)

Starting this program tonight to prep for the 9/20 5k. :) C25K for iPhone or iPod touch Sara is 2 weeks ahead of me but REALLY likes the program. I really need something like this 5k to focus on to keep me on track exercise-wise.
 
First Couch-to-5k workout went alright, made it through half the program before I thought my femurs were bursting, finished up on the rowing machine instead. I'll be retrying Wk1-Day1 tomorrow or the next day (it's a 3x per week program).

Baby steps.

I had gone up a bit, then I got a little upset at myself and lost over 10 in less than 3 weeks...a bit much I know, but I really needed to kick myself in the a$$ :censor:
 
Not looking forward to tonight's weigh in, I haven't been tracking and haven't been particularly "good" the last 2 weeks.

I really need to focus on this more... been letting insane work and busy home life become an excuse for not doing what I need to do diet-wise.

Oh well... bit by bit.... maybe the scale will surprise me tonight.
