Hey yall i just wanted to see if anyone knows anything about the cruiser on north bound 85 at exit 68 near the outlet mall in Gaffney. Like is it for sale or willing to sell parts off of it.
thanks

Seen it many a time, always wondered as well. For some reason I think Chuck has said its not he talked to the guy. But I could be wrong.

Thanks

A student of mine saw it and I let him post about it. My students go to Tellico often and wheel hard. They just got this Jeep thing. I don't understand. Oh and I don't talk like that.

Rick, That one has been there several years. No sale. Better to be into jeeps that many other distractions. Maybe with your influence theres hope.

yeah, i stopped a couple times in a row and asked about it.

only answer, regardless of the question: "ain't for sale, and ain't sellin no parts."

haha, oh well. that shop has done a couple later 40s, looked really nice...

Yeah I stopped by there about a year ago and his answer was he and another guy were gonna rebuild it.....I looked at it and about the only thing worth salvaging was the white top.

Is that the one on the right northbound off the highway? You can see the back of the shop and the truck is back there? I think I have seen it too! :)

Yep, that's it. I've passed it 6 times in the last 2 weeks. Kills me to see it sitting with the doors swung wide open and rusting away. Someone was actually looking inside it yesterday when I drove by.

Exit number 90 at Gaffney and take the service road back south roughly 2 miles.

Idle 40's

I think I remember this one coming up before. I hate when people just holdon to stuff they ain't gonna use. For 10 years a 40 has sat in a yard in Westminster. Guy want sell. Just likes for people to stop by and ask about it. Haven't tried in a couple years may be time to stop by and ask again. Got to be careful if you pull up in a yard in Westminster. Banjo players on the porch.

The 40 in Gaffney has had been there with an open door for a good 7 years.

I've seen it every time i head home from school for the past 4 years... always wondered what the deal was with it... and why they didn't shut the doors.
