Found some “extra plugs” not sure what they belong to or why they werent hooked up but i left them as is. The black plug in the forefront goes to the glove box so it had a home. Easy job just takes a bit of time. Motore is silent now. I think some of the weights came off and it was making noise because it was out of balance? Who knows.

I need to replace my cabin filter as well .. Where did you order yours from?

I'm fixing to do the front wheel bearings. Are there any tips you have?

Check out your lower ball joints, brake pads and surrounding hardware. Have fun. For the rear id inspect your parking brake shoes and hardware. Hope it goes wellfor you.

@cruiseroutfit hooked me up with this cool arb rear bulkhead fitting so no more sway bar tagging and ripping my air line.
Had it installed this week while i was traveling. Part number is listed in the attached pics. This should be the standard for the 200’s with the swaybars close proximity to where arb says to install the bulkhead fitting.

If it's not the standard for diff installs, find a new shop :D

Seriously, the new bulkhead style with the banjo rocks!

Nothing major just an update. My rear arb had a failure on HITR. I needed it to get in but used atrac, cdl and front locker on some Obstacles to get out. Anyhow there’s two o-rings on the inside of the diff for the air collar, one of which failed thus no rear air locker. Disconnected the rear air locker electrical solenoid plug so the front would function. Remember that trick folks. Other wise youre screwed as the rear will throw the compressor on full cycle with no end in sight. Its fixed now.

Also my front spotties stopped working, time to inspect. Connections all fine and fuse good so ill order a relay as thats my best guess. Took the opportunity to relocate the spotties. To me, i thoiught they were on the fromt of my bumper too much, danger zone. I took a step bit and maked off the new spot with a tape and permanent maker. 2” from the rear and 5” from each sides uprights. Now i like it and my toyota badge is on full display. Pics are before and after.

Looks great!

Swapped out the icon rear lower control arm bushings. Extremely worn and loose. If my math is right these have 70,000 miles on them. Rear axle felt like it had play when giving throttle and letting off. Incredible difference with the mew bushings. Order the from icon.
