Wanted to switch the remaining front lights to LED. Low beams had been converted a while back so today i changed out the DLRs, amber side markers, amber turn signal and IPF highbeams. All easy. Fogot to snap a pic of the turn signal LED but do have the part number for reference.

Order and installed the frontrunner flat trax holders. I didnt spring for the maxtrax $$$ went the maxsa verson on ebay couple years ago and wanted them secure on my rack and to not mess around with a ratched strap as i have used in the past, which worked but not so user friendly. This bolt system is cool.

Problem is i think the maxtrax sit flatter when stacked but not a deal breaker. May mount the other pair on the front of my rack, at least im thinking about it.

Heh- Maybe. :)
As kids would say...
-I don't LIKE EM like em...
...I just like tires as a friend! :hillbilly:

Tires touch every single trail, road, stream, rock, state, mountain or barrier we bounce over.
-Somethin just sorta Earthy and cool about that. I dunno. Guess I be the tire weirdo... :steer:

Got a hall pass yesterday and headed down to the red river gorge to tackle some of the daniel boone backcountry byway or DBBB. Super dry out for the most part so traction was there. Did some pretty cool climbs with decent rock out croppings which one of the climbs beached my truck on her passenger slider. A jeep gave me a pull and free'd me truck. Thank your slee for a well built slider. Clocked just over 21 miles in 5 1/2 hours of constant driving time. Drank my lunch :) and finally had the opportunity to test the cooper stt pros. These tire deliver without failure, very grippy

Video below was taken on a section that had two lines. Trail name is old fincastle to walker creek. One was off camber on shelfs or straddle the washout and ride high on the shoulder. I took line #2. The crew had a 5 yr old boy, brain washed jeep lover, who talked s*** about my truck all day. Cracked me up. He was experienced and knew his stuff but i proved him wrong every time. He owed me 40 push ups by the end of the day.
