Well as they say, love is bliss...and I'm in love. Aside from perfect interior and near perfect exterior, this is as good visually as they come. Brakes, rotors, belts, hoses, tires, batery, filters, etc. all new within the past 1500 miles. Records go back for 9 years on it. As far as I could tell, everything has been done within appropriate intervals except for a tranny service. No sign of fluid leaks. Clean title and reg. What am I missing?

Your missing the part about how you bought it and you post up pics...........

I would bring $11,000 in cash and see what happens.

Pricing around here has been typically higher than alot of other areas of the country, though recently I have been seeing pricing drop on local craigslist. The price might be a little high. But if you have done your research, know what they are going for around here, and want that rig with low miles, ask your self if it is worth XXX to you, and if you will be happy after paying XXX price? If so then get it. I bought my 96 LX w/112k on it almost two years ago for $12k, whatever the value to someone else, it was well worth the price to me, as it was in good shape, had lockers, and of course, it's an 80 series! :)

This is the real questin here and the answer is obviously, yes. This is worth it me so I did it. I'm not buying this for an investment so what does it really matter if I paid 1K higher than KBB. KBB actually values this vehicle higher than what I paid. So we could round and round on this but the bottom line that I own a kick-ass rig now. Thanks, I appriciate all the imput, folks.

OK, so your first two mods are EZ and FREE!
1) Remove the damage multiplier!
2) Remove the steps before the :princess: gets used to them! :D

1) Agree. The grille "guard" has an eBay auction in it's future.
2) Agree adn Disagree. My dog is aging and can't really "load-up" like she used to. So for her sake I'll keep the running boards. I have to think of the WHOLE family.

Careful wheeling with the running boards. Mine put in a dent in my rocker panel.

Congrats and good luck..

Chicks dig guys with green 94 LCs.

Congrats!

I had a Jeep CJ that was on a salvage title and was a recovered stolen vehicle. It was recovered after the claim had been paid and all it needed was a new steering wheel lock cylinder. The theft was well documented as the guy I bought it from was the guy it was stolen from in the fist place then he bought it back from insurance. The thief drove it ~25 miles total. The seller had written the mileage down in a log when he got gas that morning and the mileage was only run up a little when it was recovered from the airport parking lot.

After he bought it back, he drove it for a couple years then sold it to me.
