Don't get me started
Canadian view point....
its very interesting reading this. Being a Canadian I was drawn to a fact that seem to have gone unnoticed here...it actually really suprised me....
"I had my Springfeild 40cal in my drawer system in the back. They had it in the front seat and loaded"
THEY HAD A GUN.....YOUR GUN... THE ONE THAT YOU LEFT FOR ANYONE TO TAKE.......
I understand the whole gun issue, and I dont want to start a debate here, but how bad would you feel if they killed themselves while playing with a gun, or killed someone else...
Why would you leave a gun in the car???? Ok mabey its a Canadian thing, we just dont have guns up here, and if so, they have to be in the house locked away, not just in the car.
I just thought that was interesting as we all talk about how the kids are at fault, but leaving the keys and a gun in the car..I think you would be in trouble up here for that.
Sorry to hear about the wreck, I think you should be allowed to beat the **** out of them and they have to buy you a new truck.
I hate punks too. we have them up here rich kids mostly that daddy bails out...we should bring back a good public caning.
Scott.
OK,
Here goes;
Are you, a Canadian, saying that:
1) Americans should not own guns?
2) That Americans are not allowed to protect themselves and their
families?
3) That Americans should be just like Canadians?
4) That Americans should go unarmed in order that some
punk can car-jack them, break into their homes or vehicles?
5) Are you saying that the American Constitution should be re-written?
6) Are you saying that a criminal, who breaks into someone's vehicle
to steal property, should not be tempted to steal someone's
legally owned firearm? And if so tempted, that he should be excused for taking it, as it should not have been there (locked up) in the first place?
7) Are you saying that a criminal who does break into someone's vehicle, and then illegally loads a firearm that does not belong to him, and then handles that loaded firearm while drunk;
are you saying that it is not that criminals fault that he did all those
criminal actions??
I think what you are saying is that if there was not a nice looking
vehicle on the street, the criminal would not have been enticed
to break into it, and if there was not an Ipod in sight, he
would never have taken it, and if there was not a legally owned
firearm, then the criminal would not have been enticed to load it
and play with it while drunk.
I think what you are saying is that it is the victims fault that all this happened, and if we just could understand the criminal a bit better
that we could forgive him for his crimes, and if we were just a bit
smarter, the crime never would have happened in the first place.
I also think what you are saying is that if no one was armed that
there would be less crime.
Uhh, tell that to the dead wife and two daughters of a physician in
?New Hampshire who were burned to death by two escaped convicts
who broke into their home, forced the wife at gunpoint to drive
to the bank, then tied them up in their own home and burned them and the house to ashes.
I prefer to live in America, and yes, we have bigger balls than
most people in most other countries in the world.
Don't get me started.
