@autoluxury where is this Robinson Ridge you speak of? I'm going to be in Woodbury this week for work and am now super curious. Public or private land? If private who do we get permission from?
In Barbados this week for a work project, some cool rigs down here. Got a shot of a 70 series used for safari tours and a nice hilux. Why didn't the US get cool rigs like these?

I rode a public trail out there years ago. It was actually an old wagon trail still marked on a map as a public road. Curious if it might be the same one or area.
This is the best I could find on Google maps. Doesn't look like much around it to be used as trails.

I got to the same place on google as well. Agreed that looks like the top of a hill in cannon county. I will be in town on Wednesday, if we haven't learned more by then, I will ask around and see what I can come up with.

Thanks man!. Yeah, I dried it out for a week, inserted a new battery and crossed my fingers. The dang thing fired right up and worked like a charm! I had condensation in the lens, but that was remedied by taking the camera apart and drying/cleaning it out.
All i know its public and free to play and I have explored some of the trails. Some of them I haven't dared to go down because no winch at the moment. So whenever you guys wanna go shoot me a text at 615 975 9838. If you guys text me and give me your numbers We can arrange a get together and go ride the ridge.

Very close but this is where I go. I went with quite a few jeep guys and I have had lots of fun.
I did a little research on the TN assessors page and I hate to burst your bubble, but there isn't any public property on that hill. That is all private, the owner may be ok with people ridding on it, but it is definitely private property. Is it in behind that logging yard or on the other side of the road? I can check and see if I can track down the owner thru some folks I know around there and see about getting permission to ride on it.
As far as I know that road is a public road and the land around was setup by the owner to be a playing area for OHV and Horses. I have been playing there for years and not had any problems including riding around with the owners son.
Well that definitely changes things. The road is public, and as long as the owner is ok with it, then sounds good to me. Just wanted to make sure before we planned an outing.

I'm down to go out there one weekend and ride around, y'all just let me know when you're thinking about going.
The over hauled engine is back in the 40. Still dialing in the engine and replacing parts that I have found bad (like the fuel tank float was locked in the empty position and was too far gone to be saved). I also installed an Ironman suspension kit this weekend, so I am making headway but finding more work too.
