My bet is still on bad or contaminated sensors. Have you pulled them off yet to inspect inside?

Take them off and take them apart, clean them and put them back together.
There is a voltage sweep test if you want to actually do professional level diagnostic.
But honestly, it would probably be visually apparent too.
