No I have not pic's, yes the hole to enlarge is in the tensioner you remove. no you do not have to go deeper unless you have the locking style of tensioner. I will try to get to the wifes today, I can not remember if hers is a lockiing tensioner or not. I did drill my engine when I rebuilt it and I have the locking style. I have never had a start up rattle. Before you guys want a locking style you can not get them I tried. the number has been superseded. Not avaliable.
