This is more of a “lazy question” than a “stupid question” so please forgive me. (Though it might be both)
Does anybody know if the jack that comes with our Land Cruisers will suffice if we have 34.5” tires and a 3” lift?
I wonder if it need a longer/taller jack.
And yes, I can easily figure this out - hence my opening admitting that I am being lazy. I’m hoping somebody here has already experimented and figured this out.
Piggybacking off this, does anyone have recommendations on a base or support system for the stock jack when offroad or somewhere not ideal? I've got the LCP adapter, im more so on the ground side.Lift is irrelevant, as you can jack from the axle. But you should be good with 35" tires to still jack from the axle in the rear and from the control arm in the front. That's how I do it. Obviously only good for one corner at a time.
Also, consider getting a LCP jack bracket for the rear axle. Makes things much more stable.
