Hey guys, what size tubing do yall use for the surround? And the "mesh", do yall just weld rod together or do you get "sheets" of it and tack the to the perimeter? Thanks!

Bringing this back to the top.

I've got a batch of barriers coming back from powder next week with two 80 series barriers that are not currently spoken for. If your interested in one ready for near immediate shipment please contact me asap.

Nice job Corbet. You do one thing and you do it well with great customer service.

Hallmarks of a great company.

Still need one for my 60 in the near future.

CORBET, after taking a few long distance trips with the barrier I have noticed one little nit. At certain speeds the barrier starts to vibrate side to side and its becoming a little distracting when looking out the rearview mirror. Is there anyway to order up the brackets in a thicker steel to get rid of the vibration? I can move the barrier about 3/8" side to side with the flex the brackets currently have.

Have you tried tightening up the bolts particularly at the barrier side? Beyond that define 3/8" movement with regards to the amount of forced needed? Mine will move a little when I grab it but not near as much at the rest of the truck.

Yeah, bolts are all tight. The movement happens while driving. As I'm rolling down the highway I can see the barrier vibrating almost opposite the movement of the truck. So when you look at the rear view mirror you can actually see the movement. The 3/8" I get is when I grab onto the barrier and rock it side to side (from PS to DS).

My first post...

I just ordered one of these for the FZJ80 I bought yesterday. I bought the LC because I stumbled across the barrier while looking for something to keep our one (soon to be two) Siberian Huskies out of my lap. Looking forward to getting it in. It will probably be the first part (of many) to be put on this tank.

What is the usual leadtime for it to arrive in Idaho?

I am interest i a barrier for behind the front seats. A 40 pound dog in my lap is unsafe...... Also in Moab this year I could not keep stuff tide down..... Oh i need that oh were moving I just put that down it will be fine..... Not fine lol.
