OK, your at the bottom of the list now.... :)

The 100 series just turned out to be a colossal PITA due to its asymmetric design. But it really is almost done. I just have to "adjust" my drivers side mounting bracket a little to center the barrier in the truck. Then get a few bids from local suppliers to mass product the brackets for me. All this could happen next week if all falls into schedule.

Got mine in two days ago. Sucks cuz I haven't opened it yet. I can't install it for at least a month AND I still haven't told my wife about it. Damn my luck! :flipoff2:

Will you have these displayed at CM this year? I'd love a 62 barrier too, the is a way getter price than Millford.

And install is WAY easier than a Milford!

I will be at CM12 set up during vendor night.

I was not able to get on the 100 series barrier before CM12. Porter had an unexpected surgery this month that took a chuck out of my time while I nursed him back to health post knife. He swallowed a pair of my son's pajama bottoms and had to have his stomach opened up for removal. It was a rough week. He is doing well and will be with me at CM12.

I'll get on it when I return along with filling the current 80 series back orders.

Packed and ready to leave for Cruise Moab in the morning. I will have cell service starting Wednesday afternoon so feel free to PM or email me any questions or orders. I will be able to check messages then.

Hope to see you there. I will be set up for Vendor Night on Thursday.

Corbet, I slept in the back of my 80 for the first time (with my https://forum.ih8mud.com/80-series-tech/586400-trekken-offroad-rear-cargo-storage-drawer-system.html)

Everything was peachy, but I barely fit below the cargo barrier. I couldn't turn over without shimming up or down so the barrier would miss my hips.

I was looking at the setup, and it seems it may be easy to remove the bottom bolts and pivot the whole barrier up to provide a couple feet more room. Have you / anyone else done this yet? Any ideas?

I skimmed your drawer thread quick. It looks like the height of the drawers is taller than my old system. I agree you don't have much room to move.

I've had many discussions regarding a hinged system for my barrier. I've never tried to hinge my existing design by simply removing the lowers. But the two sides are on separate planes. So the system is going to bind as is. Then the bottom of the barrier is wider than the top of course so its going to hit somewhere as it goes up.

To design a new barrier that would fold is possible but cost prohibitive at this point IMO. I have one solution in mind but would require a standardized drawer height. Something again limiting as homebuilt systems are always different.

Drop me a PM if you'd like for an offline conversation.

I have a Hanna rack like you only on the drivers side. Any chance of getting a cargo barrier with only the drivers side notched?

Great looking product!

Right now time is by biggest enemy on the 60. I have a friend with a 60 series plow truck that I can borrow until snow flies. But between keeping up with current orders and my real job I don't know when I'll be able to work on it. So no promises on timeline but it is next on the list.
