looking good! Doing something crazy with the headliner?

Keeping it as minimalistic as possible, all that is painted so far will show.
May just cover the roof and rear side panels with short pile/felt like material.
It all depends on what i can find.

Whatever you end up doing will probably look great, just be sure to make those side panel covers removable to take advantage of all that storage space.

Although it's not the most cost effective, you could do a smooth bedliner.

Needed the bench space so i stuffed in the trans and tcase.
A bud has a bender to loan me so i can make up a mount/skid plate.
Measured to see what i have for clearance, 27" should be ok.

Modifying the original to clear front shaft and adding a second, tied together with a skid plate.

Passenger side flare is on and ready for paint, cut at the door opening was a bit of a bitch to make match up.Flare was made from 2 Toyota pick up flares, a little bit of two part flexible urethane filler saved the day.
Wet sanded most of the body, should be able to shoot some paint in a day or so if i can stop finding s*** to fix!

Went to get a quart of paint to finish the body and found out acrylic enamel is no longer legal for sale in Canada.
So during my pouting/tourettes episode i painted over the crap brown dash pad and other crap brown interior parts.
Dropped some other parts off to have a woodgrain finish applied to them, should be done Fri.
Now i just have to find someone that deals in blackmarket paint.

Paint is finally done, turned out a little dusty, not really a surprise for a 19'x24' garage full of dust collecting crap.
I could polish a lot of it out but i have so much other stuff to do.
I have a sheet of Lexan already so i can start cutting and fitting windows next.

Don't think a little dust in the paint is gonna matter much when those giant sneakers start slinging mud on it. :hillbilly:

Looks great man. As I said before, love that TOYOTA on the back.

Trucks coming out fantastic Vince. Not quite what I expected when I started following your thread at page 1, way better.
