I found on another thread here somebody was having the same issue and it may be a 40 amp breaker or possible fuse. I'm trying to figure out where that breaker might be and how I get at that to reset it, any advice?

There's no breakers, just fuses. You can look in your owner's manual or the FAQ for the locations. There isn't one fuse that controls all of those though, were they working before and now aren't?

Yes they were. The steering column adjustment knob was stuck in the down position and may have tripped those functions. Another thread said that a lumbar control did the same thing.

For my '99 my lumbar button has a short, pressing it blows a fuse that also controls windows. For me it's a fuse in the left kick panel of the driver's side. It's a bigger fuse, 40 amp fuse labelled "power".

[SOLVED]

This was it. I'm not sure what blew the fuse, but I replaced it this morning and everything is working fine now. Thank you!
